Teaching and coaching Entrepreneurs, mentoring start-up management teams and building successful companies.
Experience:
Over 24 years experience as a successful Entrepreneur. Entrepreneurship has been his life’s work. Many failures but learnt the most valuable lessons from failures and got up each time he fell. Successful exits meant an early retirement and is now a semi-retired mentor and coach to Entrepreneurs.
Background:
Has been collecting degrees (so his wife says) and has a bachelors degree in Law, an MBA and a PhD in venture capital studies. Is also a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators. Founder of the Technopreneurs Association of Malaysia (TeAM) and was its first President and currently its Advisor.

RENUKA SENA
Renuka Sena is a Barrister-at-Law with a Masters in Intellectual Property Law from King’s College, London. Her expertise over the past 15 years has been in the field of Intellectual Property Protection and Exploitation. She practiced law at Skrine, a top 3 Legal Firm in Malaysia for four years before leaving practice to join the corporate world where she was the in-house Counsel for a multi-national company.
For the past decade, after being bored and disillusioned as a lawyer, she has been a serial entrepreneur participating in a total of 11 different entrepreneurial ventures at different levels of management, owner/shareholder and CEO. Of the 1 ventures, 2 were in F&B, 4 in consulting and the rest were technology related ventures.
She has since divested and left all but 3 ventures and over the past 5 years has been working exclusively with passionate technopreneurs mainly from the ICT industry providing IP and Business Advisory services and particularly coaching and mentoring very early stage start-ups on their businesses. She has been a coach and mentor for MDeC, Biotech Corp and Cradle companies and in the past 3 year alone has worked with over 350 entrepreneurs.
She was the Deputy President at TeAM (the Technopreneurs Association of Malaysia) from 2006 to 2008 where she represented the industry and the association in high level government consultations and providing recommendations and proposals on the needs of ICT Technopreneurs. She is still actively lobbying and working with government agencies to create a more conducive and forgiving eco-system for entrepreneurs who have the natural passion to build a business.
She loves working with entrepreneurs. She describes them as “truly remarkable human beings willing to risk everything to achieve big dreams”. She lives off and thrives on the passion and courage that each entrepreneur she works with, brings to their venture and can’t see herself doing anything else in the near future………that is until the next irresistible opportunity knocks on her door ?.

CSENG LIM
Started out as an Engineer with 3 large American MNCs, done some good work there capped by a Departmental Engineering Excellence award by Hewlett-Packard. Decided to do what every naive green 1st time entrepreneur does – quit the job, open his own sole proprietorship and pursue his ambition in owning a marketing consulting business. He learned many life changing lessons in that 3 years. He funded his way with credit card, loans from family and a temporary job to continue to pursue his passion during that time. Along the way he build a reputation for himself in the field of marketing in particular branding and social media, published a number of marketing papers on magazines like Brand Equity and Interbrand’s Brand Channel, appeared on national television, speaks a plenty on the subject of brand and marketing in noted seminars and conferences and consulted a number of companies on brand and marketing ranging from MNCs to SMEs.
He currently owns 3 companies including Proficeo Consultants and the other two are in the business of consumer fashion and a web-technology company.
Academically, Cseng has a Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Physics from Universiti Malaya.
